Screening-level tool

TopoDesigner provides early-stage terrain interpretation and design exploration. It is not a land survey, engineering analysis, hydraulic model, geotechnical opinion, legal boundary determination, construction document, safety review or permitting decision. Verify conditions in the field and retain qualified professionals where a decision carries risk.

Source limits

Public elevation, climate, soil, map and location-search sources vary by geography, resolution, availability and licensing terms. Review the displayed provenance and working-cell size. Prefer current local survey, LiDAR, soil observations and field evidence for parcel-scale decisions.

Your uploads and sharing links

Upload only data you are authorized to use and share. Keep private viewer links and editor links confidential. Publishing a project intentionally makes its project record and any referenced uploaded DEM retrievable to viewers with its URL.

Responsible use

Do not use the service to overload upstream providers, bypass quotas, distribute unlawful material or make unsupported claims about a site. Design suggestions are prompts for observation and review, not automatic instructions to alter land or water systems.

Availability and operator responsibility

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Self-hosting operators are responsible for their deployment, data-source terms, retention settings, security controls, privacy notice and any additional terms required in their jurisdiction.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until canceled. Use the account page to open the Stripe-hosted billing portal for cancellation, invoices and payment-method updates. A failed payment can remove Pro access until billing is resolved. Confirm the displayed plan and price before completing Stripe Checkout.
